Who are Caring Kindergartens?
At Caring Kindergartens we aim for each and every child to be happy, achieve and develop in a world where they are supported and confident to be themselves.

What problems were you facing?
Prior to moving to eyworks, we were using two Access Databases for nursery management and HR management & recruitment. Though this had been a really great system for over 10 years, it was gradually starting to age and there was concern that the company would stop investing in their Access System. We had to find a suitable system that we could integrate over our nurseries and head office.
How did eyworks help?
Thankfully, as we were already customers of eylog and had a great relationship previously established with eyworks, we were excited to meet with them and see what they had been investing in since we introduced eylog to our nurseries a few years ago.
In such a short amount of time, we could see how far the company had grown, not only in resources, but also in support and their customer service department, extremely helpful when integrating a brand new system to many users.

What is it like now that eyworks is in place?
eyworks is a great offering to all of our stakeholders, simple to use, looks great and with it being a cloud-based system – it is always up to date. It has also taken a lot of the usual ‘nursery tasks’ away, especially around medication and accidents with families able to do a lot of the work prior to attending the nursery, removing the queue to sign paperwork first and last thing of every nursery day. Whilst face to face communication will always be important with families, the messaging system has really improved interaction and eveyone being up to date with any changes and of course, they love to see all the amazing activities their child has access to every day whilst at nursery.
